As Teddy KGB famously once said, pay that man his money!
According to ESPN, The Pistons finally paid crowd favorite Will Bynum his money and the price tag was a three-year deal worth $10.5 million — straight up.
Last year off the bench, Will “The Thrill” Bynum posted averages of 10 points and 4.5 assists per contest for the Pistons in his second season with Detroit and set a franchise record with a 26-point 4th quarter offensive explosion in a win over the Bobcats.
Bynum also became the first Piston to have a 20-assist game since Isiah Thomas did it in 1985. In the Motor City, that is a pretty big deal.
