In an attempt to breathe some life back into the whole LeBron James to Chicago angle.
According the Chicago Tribune, the Bulls have agreed to sign two-time all-star power forward Carlos Boozer to a deal worth a reported $76 million over five years.
The opportunity to play with a team that already has Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah and now Boozer. Should put the Bulls back into the LeBron race, although it is thought that Chicago still lags behind Miami, New York and Cleveland in the “LeRace”.
The Jazz were given the opportunity to match the deal the Bulls offered Boozer but declined.
Carlos Boozer averaged 19.5 points and 11.2 rebounds last season.
