Usually when you shoot somebody in the chest while giving a tour of your house, it’s a strong sign that you’re probably one stamp short of a free sub.  Unless it’s a tour of the Serengeti or you just found a lost Jumanji board game in the attic,  you really don’t need a gun to show people around your crib, I’m just saying. Although Jayson Williams’ latest stunt involved no dead body’s, he certainly came close to out doing himself in the crazy stunt department.
Jayson Williams, a former NBA All-Star, was zapped with a stun gun by police in his hotel room Monday, after the reportedly suicidal athlete resisted attempts by officers to take him to a hospital.
Police were called to the hotel in lower Manhattan’s Battery Park City neighborhood around 4 a.m. when a female friend reported Williams, who was convicted in 2004 of trying to cover up a shooting at his home and whose wife recently filed for divorce, was acting suicidal.
When officers arrived, the 6-foot-10, 325-pound Williams appeared drunk and agitated, police said. There were empty bottles of prescription drugs scattered around the room and several suicide notes, police sources said.
Officers with the Emergency Services Unit, a team trained to deal with emotionally disturbed people, responded. They stunned Williams, 41, with a Taser after he resisted attempts to be hospitalized, police said.
This guy is bat sh*t crazy!
