Celebrating it’s 10th Anniversary, Canada’s Walk Of Fame honored two-time MVP Steve Nash with a star this past saturday in Toronto, ON. In true Steve Nash fashion, when addressing the crowd Nash said.
“It’s thrilling to be in a setting where there’s other honourees who are so amazing”. “It makes me feel almost uncomfortable to be associated with them in this way.”
This guy is as humble as they come. This day has been on my calendar for a while and it did not disappoint! Although, it seemed that everybody’s head was conspiring to block my view. I was able to get a off a few snaps of Steve Nash and his wife Alejandra on the red carpet and the picture above was taken by yours truly.Â
Others who received stars on the Canadian Walk Of Fame were actor Michael J. Fox, director and producer James Cameron, actor Frances Bay, supermodel Daria Werbowy, musician K.D. Lang, musician Bryan Adams and comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall.
I was in town for this event and it was way bigger than I thought it would be! Steve Nash is my favorite player!!!
great picture! you had a way better view than me. steve nash is a class act, and when he’s done playing.
he should coach the canadians men’s basketball team and fix that ongoing joke.
America is great and all but it is Awesome to have a class act and True Representative of the Players Association thats Canadian. I’m a huge basketball fan, a true fan, and its astonishing that the players that get more hype and glory aren’t half as unselfish a human being then Steve Nash. Colour aside, Nationality aside, and social background aside, a great person is a great person hands down.
