“Mario Chalmers and Darrell Arthur were dismissed from the NBA’s rookie transition program Wednesday morning after being caught with marijuana, according to reports. Â
“They violated program rules and were sent home,” NBA spokesman Tim Frank told PA SportsTicker.
Frank refused to disclose what rules the University of Kansas products broke.
Chalmers and Arthur also were fined $20,000 apiece and will start the regular season on the suspended list, according to reports.”
