Jermaine O’Neal left the game in the third quarter of the Pacers’ 94-72 loss to Utah at EnergySolutions Arena after he aggravated his sore left knee. O’Neal, who nearly sat out the game, will undergo an MRI on the knee after the Pacers return to Indianapolis today. “I’m going to have to figure out a way to get back on the court,” O’Neal said after scoring 11 points and grabbing two rebounds in 191/2 minutes. “But I don’t know when I can get back on the court.”
