The Hornets have the second-most victories in the Western Conference, but Hornets Coach Byron Scott and General Manager Jeff Bower are actively seeking to improve the roster. The Hornets are involved in trade discussions with several teams to improve their bench, so starters Chris Paul and David West won’t have to continue playing extended minutes.
