Dwyane Wade Takes a Fan to Her Prom
Hooped Up | May 22, 2013Last month Dwyane Wade attended the second prom of his life when he showed up unexpectedly to Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School senior Nicole Muxo’s prom after she created a YouTube video asking Wade to be her date.
“She actually DM’d me on Twitter and said, ‘This is the address, this is where I’m gonna be just in case,’ and when I got that I said I won’t be doing nothing tomorrow night and I can go and make this a memorable moment for her,” said Wade.
A clearly happy Muxo said, “I’m gonna remember it forever. This was my highlight of my senior year.” I expect a strong spike in YouTube videos asking Kate Upton and Rihanna to the prom over the next few days.

Parker’s passing performance in game 2 also tied the Spurs franchise record for the second most assists is Spurs playoff history shared with Avery Johnson and it was just two shy of the record set by Johnny Moore in 1983. Now that we’re done with the Spurs assist history lesson. Check out all 18 of Parker’s dimes below.
Cavaliers Win the 1st Pick in the 2013 NBA Draft
Hooped Up | May 21, 2013“We were hoping regardless of what pick we got that this would be our last lottery. “We thought originally after everything had to be reset that it would be a three-year process. You never know. It could be four. We thought three years, but having No. 1 and 19, we’ve got a pretty good chance of this being the last one for a while.” – Dan Gilbert, Cavaliers owner

Hooped Up | May 21, 2013Props to Carmelo Anthony for taking this hard to the rim, and extra props to Roy Hibbert for the stop. I’m surprised nobody dislocated an arm on this play.
