Okay last LeBron James post for the day.  Really, it’s not my fault he’s so good and he creates highlights like the Dutch turn out space cakes.  LeBron James should have received a technical for being awesome and a 15 yard penatly for blinding the crowd with greatness on this play.

The stars were out  to “Witness” LeBron James at Madison Square Garden last night, gearing up for “the year they make contact“.  Jay-Z, Beyonce, Chloë Sevigny, Spike Lee, Q-Tip and some dude that looks like he got knocked the F-out by Telly and Casper behind Jay-Z; were all in attendance.  I guess its dangerous to wear a Knicks St.Patrick’s Day shirt coupled with a speed bag shaped head in NYC these days.

This Thanksgiving, the latest LeBron James Nike Zoom LeBron VI commercial will hit the airwaves without Nicole Scherzinger, and it’s bound to be a classic.  Labeled “Chalk”, the commercial features LeBrons pre-game ritual of tossing talcum powder into the air at the scorers table before each home and away game.

It’s simple, shot in black and white and features cameo appearances by Greg Oden, LaMarcus Aldridge, Brandon Roy, Daniel Gibson, Anderson Varejao, J.J. Hicks and Lil Wayne.

Before tonight’s game, instead of using talcum powder. LeBron will use the bone dust of the Knicks in his pregame ritual since their are mounds of the stuff laying around after the Cavs crushed them by 18 last night.

Right now; LeBron James can do what he wants, how he wants, when he wants! In this clip against the Hawks, he proves that…again! These two dunks were equally powerful with the left hand and then the right hand on his way to 24 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assist. I’ve gotta go with the first jam as the better one because a) it was with the “weak” hand, b) he dunked on three players including one of his own and c) the impact from the dunk blew his headband off. SICK!

The Nets got routed by 24 points on the strength of a typical 31 point night for King James and this block on Devin Harris tipified the story of the game.  Every house, is LeBron’s house these days.

Was it really necessary to have projections and research done, to see who would want the best player in the league available for bidding in 2010 now? Probably not, but the number of teams that are potentially in position to nab LeBron James is surprisingly large!

A few months back, I posted about supermodel Gisele Bündchen and LeBron James being on the cover of Vogue magazine, for The Shape issue and today. I found this new interview the did together with the Vogue Diaries discussing the cover, photo shoot, athletics and basketball. Pretty good stuff.

The Cavs ended up taking one on the chin last night but not before LeBron James reached into the clouds for this alley-oop from Delonte West. It’s good to have real basketball back!
