Olive branches are so 14th century. These days the passing of the rock (preferably in the form of an alley-oop) is a much more modern way to say “we’re cool” as demonstrated by former teammates Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Just like the rest of us, the western conference bench was loving this too.
