Yao Ming only played a total of eight seasons in the league, but what he accomplishing during his time with Houston was tremendous for the game. Selected first overall by the Rockets in the 2002 NBA draft. Yao quickly opened up the game on an international level never seen before and even more importantly, he was as advertised. We never got a chance to see him at is full potential, but his enshrinement into the Hall of Fame was well deserved.
