Luis Scola Named FIBA Americas MVP

Freshly signed Toronto Raptors forward Luis Scola, proved he still had plenty felt in the tank playing with Argentina in the FIBA Americas tournament. The crafty veteran posted averages of 21.1 points and 10.1 rebounds a game, breaking the all-time leading scoring record set by Brazilian legend Oscar Schmidt. For his efforts, Scola was named MVP of the tournament.
