Wesley Matthews Scores 30 In Blazers Win

Last night, Wesley Matthews had his best game of the season in a Portland Trail Blazers home win against the San Antonio Spurs. Scoring 31 points to lead his squad.

“After an 0-for-7 shooting night against the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday, Matthews had a big night against San Antonio. He missed his first six three-pointers before getting hot late and knocking down four triples in the fourth quarter to help Portland pull away. He finished with a season-high 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting.”

This marked the first time in three years Matthews scored 30+ points.
