The Raptors have their man at the PG spot. Just hours ago Kyle Lowry agreed to a four-year $48 million deal that will keep him in Toronto for years to come. This past season Lowry was instrumental in leading the Raptors to their first post-season appearance in five years.

Lowry averaged a career-best 17.9 points-per-game and 7.4 assists-per-game during the 2013–14 season.
