The Knicks pursuit of Steve Kerr is officially over. As today news leaked that the soon to be former analyst signed a deal with the Golden State Warriors to become their next head coach.
Steve Kerr has agreed to a 5 year, approximately $25 million deal with Golden State, source tells Yahoo.

Welp. Hopefully the Knicks have better luck with Carmelo Anthony this summer I guess. Kerr inherits a team on the rise in the Warriors (thanks to Mark Jackson) and also one that’s closer his California home.
