No stranger to using the veteran tricks of the league and flexing his superstar status. Dwyane Wade didn’t like the way Lance Stephenson glared at him after an and-one bucket and pleaded to officials to hit Stephenson with a tech. It worked and it also got the Pacers super sub ejected from the game.
“I’m a very emotional player,” Stephenson said afterwards, according to the Indianapolis Star. “I play aggressively. I let my teammates down by doing that. I was wrong.”
The playoffs can’t come soon enough for these two teams to meet up against for another physical game.
