Paul George Named Most Improved Player of the Year

The transformation from Robin to Batman is complete for Paul George who won the 2012-13 Most Improved Player award in a landslide.

In his third NBA campaign, George averaged 17.4 points, 7.6 rebounds 4.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Leading the Pacers to the third best record in the eastern conference in the absence of team leader Danny Granger.

George received 52 first-place votes, from a panel of 120 sportswriters and broadcasters. While Greivis Vasquez and Larry Sanders finished second and third, respectively.
