Deron Williams probably cost Avery Johnson his job due to the “complicated” offensive scheme the former coach of the year ran. It that was heavy reliant on the star player of the team hitting their shots and D-Will voiced his displeasure to the media about this crazy idea, which eventually got Johnson fired.
