Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was always a dream for Joe Johnson to one day play for the University of Arkansas. Once he became eligible to play college ball, Johnson turned down scholarships from Duke, Connecticut, and other schools with excellent programs to fulfill that dream and he still loves the Razorbacks today. Why else would he get this crazy custom hog chain that shows where his allegiance lies, seen via his Twitter account with some sweet J’s in the background.
