Milwaukee Bucks ‘09-10 Season Preview
Hooped Up | October 26, 2009Another van glorious season of NBA basketball is about to begin and Hooped Up does a quick and dirty preview of all 30 clubs.
Last season Micheal Redd and Andrew Bogut missed a lot of games due to injury, but now they’re both healthy. However, second leading scorer Richard Jefferson, third leading scorer Charlie Villanueva and fourth leading scorer Ramon Sessions are all gone.
Even though Redd and Bogut are back, Milwaukee lost way too much to be better this year. On the upside, Brandon Jennings could make Bucks fans forget about Session sooner than later and Luc Mbah a Moute looks like a diamond in the rough. These guys won’t win much games this season again, but Redd should have a career year and Jennings will be fun to watch.
Projected Starters: PG - Luke Ridnour / SG - Michael Redd / SF - Luc Mbah a Moute / PF - Hakim Warrick / C - Andrew Bogut
Sixth Man: Brandon Jennings
Key Reserves: Charlie Bell, Kurt Thomas, Joe Alexander, Carlos Delfino, Ersan Ilyasova
Projected Wins: 30
Team Theme Song: Marvin Gaye – What’s Going On
I have no idea what’s going on in Milwaukee and I think the players feel the same way.
