Mobley May Not Play

If Cuttino Mobley can’t play for the rest of the season or ever. It would speak volumes as to how bad the Knicks want James in 2010. Last sentence for the day with 2010 and LeBron James in it…I think.

“Cuttino Mobley officially became a Knick Tuesday, but no one is saying when or if he’ll play for the team. Mobley, 33, met with specialists in Boston Tuesday to check for a heart condition that was revealed when the Knicks gave him a routine physical following last Friday’s trade with the Los Angeles Clippers. The condition could have resulted in the trade being rescinded, but the Knicks accepted the deal because the two players they acquired – Mobley and Tim Thomas – have contracts that expire after next season. The Knicks had until 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to either accept or reject the trade.”
