Hooped Up

The Denver Nuggets signed forward-center Jelani McCoy prior to Friday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

McCoy appeared in five games for Denver this season before being waived on December 19. The 30-year-old has averaged 4.6 points and 3.5 rebounds in eight seasons with six different teams.
