Ron Artest on Sunday guaranteed the Kings would be in the playoffs, although he has said as much since the season began. The small forward will be playing in his second game back since he was excused for his arrest last Monday on suspicion of domestic violence, with the odds high that opposing fans won’t be quite as kind as the home crowd.”
