Billups Sign-And-Trade To Denver?

Chauncey Billups would be receptive to the idea of a sign-and-trade deal that could land him with the Nuggets, according to agent Andy Miller.
In order for the Nuggets to complete such a deal, they would have to deal Marcus Camby or forward Nene.
Billups and Vince Carter will be the two most coveted free agents this summer.
