Dwyane Wade Will Need Surgery

Heat guard Dwyane Wade has selected noted orthopedic surgeon James Andrews for the second opinion on his dislocated left shoulder. Wade is expected to receive that evaluation Thursday and then decide between a six-week program of vigorous rehabilitation that could have him back for the final games of the regular season, or surgery that would sideline him for at least four months, surgery that eventually would be necessary regardless of his decision.
