Although Magloire and guard Juan Dixon have been mentioned in trade speculation, McMillan said the deadline is not nearly the distraction it was last season, when disgruntled forward Ruben Patterson was dealt on the day of the deadline. “We had so many guys that didn’t want to be (here), and we knew we had to move,” McMillan said. “This year, most of our guys are draft picks or players that we’ve signed, so it’s more guys that we build with, as opposed to guys that were here my first year.”
