Yes, Las Vegas is lawless. You spent two months out in Vegas during the summer and "probably saw one cop car, so it's a free-for-all". I'm happy to hear Al didn't see more cops. It means he wasn't getting into trouble. To categorically suggest that one can do anything outside of a casino -- "whatever [they] want" is highly ignorant. I'm hoping I don't have to go into examples of the danger of blanket statements. Then again, Al may have said this all tongue in cheek and I'm just reading it wrong. Screw it. Vegas is anarchy.
