Danny Fortson said he believes the Sonics are shopping his contract as the Feb. 22 trade deadline draws near and was told by Hill that he will not return next season.
“He’s already told me that they’re not interested in bringing me back,” he said. “That’s what I’m dealing with. He said it’s highly doubtful and that means pretty much I won’t be here. Knowing that, it’s tough.”
