Houston’s $4.2 million trade exception expires on Tuesday.
Teams over the luxury tax, and especially the few that could get under the tax number, $65.42 million, are likely to call Carroll Dawson with a trade offer.
“There’s a chance,” Dawson said. “We’re looking at a lot of things.”
