Hold The Curry

And you thought it couldn’t get any worse than Monday night in Miami? It did – with the Knicks’ 112-107 Garden loss last night to the streaking Suns the least of it.The Knicks’ biggest fear – unspoken – was the irreplaceable Eddy Curry going down with an injury. Last night, it happened. A hobbling Curry left the game with 10:40 left, suffering a strained left calf, his future status in limbo.

Curry said he would try to play tomorrow vs. Miami and Shaquille O’Neal, but the worried looks on the face of Knicks officials and team doctor Lisa Callahan seemed to tell a different story.
