Hooped Up

In an attempt to kick start his career…again, Penny Hardaway offered to auidtion for the Miami Heat and the Heat Declined.  Damn, they need all the help they can get with their MASH unit roster and they still denied dude.  Hopefully, he and Shawn Kemp will get signed to a team and get bought out later like everybody else in the NBA.
