Teams such as the Lakers, Chicago and New Jersey are possible landing spots for Bobcats Melvin Ely, according to the East Valley Tribune, although Chris Webber’s sudden availability will slow the market.
The Bobcats have no interest in taking on any salary, and want expiring contracts along with a draft pick or two for Ely.
